App No Longer Works. Unable to View My Purchased CliffsNotes. Tried Deleting, Reinstalling. Fail.

The app cannot download my purchases. I keep getting a message saying there is a configuration problem. Then the app times out because the download doesnt complete. Totally useless. I cannot access my four or five purchased titles from this past year. Nowhere on their website is there a place to submit a complaint, report, etc.. DO NOT BUY!
